 I can not say enough good things about Wanda! I have really curly puffy hair and I have been 1,000 different places to have it cut, dyed etc. This is the first time I have ever really loved my hair when I walked out. She is confident, listens to you, knowladgable, and made me feel totally comfortable (this is the abbreviated list).     When I walked in I had not done anything to my hair in 5 years, but trimmed the split ends. I had just gotten tired of people messing up my hair! I had an idea of what I wanted, it was a short style I had once before, but I only wanted that style again because I really didn't know what I wanted. Having never met Wanda before I totally trusted her professional opinion and I am SO glad I did. She ended up cutting off about a foot of hair and I could not be happier. Where do I start? Wanda is honestly the greatest hairstylist I've ever had. I have really long hair and have been coloring it for about 11 years now. Every stylist I've ever gone to has either messed up my hair, not gotten the color to what I wanted it to be claiming it was "not possible" to get my hair a lighter shade of blonde or they were just flat out rude to me,unwilling to listen to what exactly it was that I wanted.

I went to a higher rated salon listed on Local YAHOO (which by the way gets the high ratings by giving away prizes to those who rate them high which is dishonest) but the stylist there completely messed up my hair so badly that I had to continuously go back to try to get it fixed and wow, was the price high! She never got it how I wanted and I hated it. I'd never paid so much for a good hair coloring, much less an awful experience!

Wanda listened to me and was so willing to help me with my color that she stayed long after hours to get my color right. Not only does she have the knowledge and experience, but she has such a warm personality and is so easy to talk to. She truly loves what she does and never complained once about how long my hair took to color. All I was looking for was a stylist that could color my hair the way I wanted it who treated me with respect. It's so difficult to find the whole package and SHE'S IT! The ratings on here are true. Wanda is genuine and does not give prizes for her ratings. It comes from people who truly appreciate her work. Thanks Wanda! You really made my weekend!

Well it took me two months to find someone to do my nails, so there is nooooo way I would have someone do my hair while I am living in Dubai.

I have lived in San Diego, Chicago, Austin, Corpus Christi and now Dubai and no one has ever done my hair as well as Wanda!

Wanda is Wonderful!

I am very picky about who does my hair. I moved to the Corpus area in 1990 and traveled to San Antonio every 6 weeks to have my hair highlighted and trimmed. I didn't even try to find a new hairdresser because I loved the one I had in San Antonio. Then through a friend I met a CC hairdresser who I stayed with for 7 years. I was very happy with her, but I knew Wanda so decided I would give her a try. This has turned out to be a great decision. My hair color is even better than it was and I told her to just do what she thought best. After the coloring, she had my trust so I found a couple of cute hairstyles and asked her opinion. She gave the thumbs up and I'm very happy with my sassy new style. If you're in the market for a stylist who's up on all the latest color and cut techniques, give Wanda a try. Well, this is how Wanda & I met....a little over 10yrs. ago, I needed to get my hair colored and my husband refered me to this OTHER girl at the same salon Wanda was at (different location at that time)who was cutting his hair. He booked an appt. for me ...we traveled almost 2 hrs. for my appt. ....walked into the salon and this GIRL looked at me and paused....looked at her watch and looked at this girl standing behind us and said "I probley won't have time"....but she colors hair and she can help you....I looked at her and I honestly wanted to walk out..She made me feel like I wasn't what SHE expected...so I didn't even take a look at this girl behind me.....I turned and introduced myself because the other girl was very rude. I told Wanda "make my haircolor look natural"....so she did and I have been going to Wanda ever since and as I get older, she makes me look 10yrs. younger.....like they say....THINGS HAPPEN FOR REASONS.....and I can now say I am happy the other girl was rude because then I would have never had the chance to meet Wanda........she is the greatest haircolorist and I recommend her to anyone, any age or gender. On a scale from 1-5 Wanda gets a 5+++ rating from me!! What can I say- other than she is absolutely fabulous! She is not only extremely talented, but she is also blessed with an extraordinary gift. When she sees a client, she has a vision & carries it out in her work. I had wonderful experiences with her! The first time, I said "do whatever you have been telling me you envision for my hi-lites & my cut!" & the process was magical! My color was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined- she used hi-lites & low lites & blended 3 beautiful colors with a technique called ribboning. The cut was like nothing I had ever experienced- I had long straight hair & wanted some layers & movement, so she did a razor cut (no scissors!) & it was so easy to fix-- just wash & dry & go!! And I had body & movement to my hair! In fact, the cut worked so well, I did not even HAVE to dry it for it to work!! The Wanda Experience is one that you should not miss out on! She is an absolute delight to be around and makes it so much fun! I have moved out of state, but I plan on going back to Corpus so she can do my hair!
